How do I pay for a Mymarvel.in purchase?
• Mymarvel.in offers cash on delivery (COD) and online payment options (BHIM UPI, Debit card, Credit card, Net banking).
Are there any hidden charges (Octroi or GST Tax) when I make a purchase on Mymarvel.in?
• There are no hidden charges when you make a purchase on Mymarvel.in. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay.
• Delivery charges may be extra depending on the policy. Please check that charges at checkout page while making order.
What is Online payment?
• At the time of checkout, you have asked for payment. Choose Paytm option to pay online. There are several options available with ccavenuegatewayi.e. BHIM UPI, Credit card, Debit card, Online banking, Paytm wallet, Paytm payment bank. After paying for your order online you need not to pay at the time of delivery.
How do I place an Online payment order?
• Add the item(s) to your cart and proceed to checkout. When prompted to choose a payment option, select payment method. • It will redirect you to ccavenue secure gateway page. • Here you can choose any option of payment method. • You can also pay using your Paytm wallet or Paytm payment bank if there was option.
What is Cash on Delivery?
• If you are not comfortable making an online payment on Mymarvel.in, you can opt for the Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) payment method instead. With C-o-D you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep, or nearest courier partner office without requiring you to make any advance payment online. • It is strictly a cash-only payment method. Foreign currency cannot be used to make a C-o-D payment. Only Indian Rupees accepted.
How do I place a Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) order?
• All items that have the “Cash on Delivery Available” icon are valid for order by Cash on Delivery. • Add the item(s) to your cart and proceed to checkout. When prompted to choose a payment option, select “Pay by Cash on Delivery” • Once verified and confirmed, your order will be processed for shipment in the time specified, from the date of confirmation. You will be required to make a cash-only payment to our courier partner at the time of delivery of your order to complete the payment.

Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery timeline of X-Y business days?
• It is possible that we or our courier partners have a holiday between the day you placed your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some courier partners do not work on Sundays and this is factored in to the delivery dates.
What is the estimated delivery time?

Why does the estimated delivery time vary for each product?

• You have probably noticed varying estimated delivery times for the product you are interested in. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of source, your shipping destination and the courier partner’s time-to-deliver in your location.
Seller does not/cannot ship to my area. Why?

• Please enter your pin code on the checkout page to know whether the product can be delivered to your location. • If you haven’t provided your pin code until the checkout stage, the pin code in your shipping address will be used to check for serviceability. • Whether your location can be serviced or not depends on o Whether we ship to your location o Legal restrictions, if any, in shipping particular products to your location o The availability of reliable courier partners in your location At times we prefer not to ship to certain locations. This is entirely at our discretion. If the courier partner did not provide delivery to your location, then you have to collect product/parcel from courier office at own cost (Govt. id card required), any refund or charges did not provide for that.
Does Mymarvel.in deliver internationally?

• As of now, Mymarvel.in doesn’t deliver items internationally.

Cancellation and Return


I want to Return/Replace my product?

• Return/Replace is only accepted in case of Damage/Misprint Product Received
If I request for a replacement, when will I get it?

• In most request, the replacement item is delivered to you after returned item was delivered to our location and completely check by our team. • Can items be returned after the time period mentioned in the Returns Policy? • No, we will not be able to accept returns after the time period mentioned in the Returns Policy.
Do I have to return the freebie when I return a product?

• Yes, the freebie has to be returned along with the product. How cancel order before receive? 1. Log into your Mymarvel.in account 2. Go to My Orders 3. Open the order which you wish to cancel within 24 hours. 4. Click on ‘Cancel’ on that particular order.
How do returns work?

• You can raise a request to return your items with these simple steps: 1. Go to Return request form. 2. Fill the form with viable reason. 3. Wait for call from customer support department. 4. You will receive mails regarding further process. Once you raise a request, you’ll get an email confirming that your request is being processed. Based on the item, your request may be automatically approved or you may be contacted for more details. If the request is approved, the item will be picked up after which you will get a replacement or refund Delivery charge if applicable will not be refund.
How Can I Return Product My Self?

• In this case if you have to file/do return within return time period, click on the return button select return, select return myself fill tracking number, courier service full name and date of booking and processed. (all parcel booked in paid service otherwise courier charge deducted from product amount) Note. Return product’s all responsibility taken by customer in case product not reached to our proper location customer will not get any refund. Kindly return product with good courier. Delivery Charges Paid by customer was not refunded in any case.
I can’t see the ‘Cancel’ button. Why?

The item has been delivered already.
